Postage Info

 Once you have purchased your sculpture it will be dispatched the next working day after receiving payment. I only use guaranteed services to make sure you receive your sculpture and to make sure it arrives as quickly as possible. Orders from outside the UK are dispatched using Parcel Force Global Priority and normally reach their destination in 3-5 working days, UK orders are dispatched using Parcel Force 24 hour service. All customers will receive order confirmation e-mails and you will also receive a dispatch confirmation e-mail with a tracking number so you can track your sculpture every step of the way for your piece of mind, all packages will need to be signed for so please make sure someone will be at your address to receive your sculpture. Pre-order and custom commissioned items will take longer due to the time it will take for production of your sculpture. 


Returns Policy     

  I do my best to show the clearest pictures possible on my web site to give you a precise view of the sculpture you are purchasing, I also try to measure my sculptures as accurately as possible. With that in mind please look at the pictures, listing and measurements carefully to make sure the sculpture you are purchasing is the sculpture you want. However I will accept returns, if you are returning your sculpture for a refund, you must notify me of this within 7 days of receiving the item, the cost of return shipping must be covered by you, you will receive a full refund minus what you paid for shipping when I have received the sculpture in an undamaged state. You must pack the sculpture exactly as it was packed for delivery to you to ensure there is no damage in transit. In the unlikely event you receive a broken item(s) you must contact me within two days of receiving your sculpture, with pictures of the broken item and I will rectify the situation swiftly with a replacement or refund.
